In short: TresDos is a tool to organize your production. What you upload is yours. In Mexico prices are in pesos with VAT included, and you can cancel anytime. You can hand your production over to someone else or delete your account yourself from the app. The AI suggests; the final word is yours. This is a summary; the full text is what counts.

1. Acceptance of the terms
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are a contract between Gloria Inés Higuera Ley, a sole proprietor (persona física con actividad empresarial) operating under the trade name Figalo, with Mexican tax ID (RFC) HILG890729AE4 and address in Cajeme, Sonora, Mexico ("TresDos", "Figalo" or "we"), and the person who creates an account or uses TresDos ("you").
By creating an account, signing in with Google, with a code or with a password, or using any part of the service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you don't agree, don't use TresDos.
If you use TresDos on behalf of a company, collective or brand, you represent that you have the authority to bind it to these Terms.
2. What TresDos is
TresDos is a software as a service platform to plan, organize and measure a content production made as a team (podcast, video podcast, channel, course and more). Among other features it includes: ideas and votes, episodes and outlines, schedule and availability, tasks, locations and set layout, equipment inventory, budget and receipts, audiences, linked files, brand identity, accounts and access, team and roles, and suggestions made with artificial intelligence (the "Service"). The Service is offered at tresdos.app, at studio.tresdos.app and, when available, in apps for iOS and Android.
2.1 What TresDos is not
- It is not a podcast hosting or distribution service. Your episodes are published on the platform you choose.
- It is not a storage service for large files. Videos and audio are linked from your own Google Drive or another service.
- It is not a password manager. The Accounts and access section records who has access and where each password lives, never the password itself.
- It is not legal, tax or accounting advice. The budget is a record-keeping tool; your tax obligations are your own.
3. Your account
3.1 Requirements
- Be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
- Provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
- Protect access to your email, your password and your Google account, because they are how you get into TresDos.
- If you sign in with a password, use a strong one: at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character. The app does not accept passwords that don't meet this.
3.2 Responsibility for the account
You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you notice access you don't recognize, write to us right away at hola@tresdos.app. We are not liable for losses caused by misuse of your credentials when they were not caused by a failure of TresDos.
3.3 Changing your email
You can change your account's email from My account. We send a link to your current email and to the new one, and the change takes effect when you confirm.
3.4 Lock on your device
You can turn on a PIN or your fingerprint or face to open TresDos on a device. It is extra protection for that device and does not replace your password or the security of your email. If you forget your PIN or fail several times, your session is closed and you sign in again with your email.
3.5 Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the app, in My account, Delete account, typing your email to confirm. You can also ask for it at hola@tresdos.app.
- If you own a production that has other people in it, you first need to hand it over to someone else.
- Productions that are only yours are deleted together with your account, with everything they contain.
- What you created in other people's productions stays in those productions, without your name.
- Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
4. Productions, team and roles
Each podcast lives in a "production". Whoever creates it is its owner and decides who joins, with what role, and what each person can see or edit. The owner is responsible for the invitations they send and the permissions they grant. TresDos applies the permissions you set up, but does not decide who should have access to what.
If someone leaves your team, it is up to you to remove their access from Team and roles. Anyone can leave a production on their own.
4.1 Handing over a production
The owner can hand the production over to another person who is already part of the team, from Settings, Danger zone, typing the production's name to confirm. From that moment the new owner has full control, including billing for the plan, and decides the role of the person who handed it over.
4.2 Deleting a production
The owner can delete a production by typing its name to confirm. It is deleted for everyone on the team, with everything it contains, and cannot be undone. Files that live in external services such as Google Drive are not touched.
5. Plans, prices and payments
5.1 Plan and trial period
TresDos is offered with a monthly plan that includes one production and two people, AI suggestions per month and space for files, with the option to add productions and people. There is no annual plan and no minimum term. Each new account has a free trial of 90 calendar days, with no card; when it ends, you need to activate the plan to keep using TresDos. If you don't activate it, your productions stay saved and read-only for 90 more days, after which we may delete them, letting you know by email first. The current price, what it includes and its limits (productions, people, AI suggestions per month and file space) are published at tresdos.app.
5.1.1 Additional productions and people
In these terms, a production also includes brands: they are billed and work the same way. You can add productions and people beyond those included in the plan, at the monthly rate published at that time. Each person counts only once even if they take part in several of your productions. If you add something in the middle of a period, the part proportional to the days left in that period is charged that same day, and before you confirm we show you that charge and what your monthly payment will be from then on. If you remove a production or a person, the seat you already paid for stays available until the end of the period and you can fill it at no cost; the change is reflected in the next period's charge.
5.1.2 Usage limits
The month's AI suggestions and the file space are for the whole account. Suggestions renew at the start of each period and do not accumulate. If you reach the limit, the rest of TresDos keeps working normally.
5.2 Prices
In Mexico prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT. Outside Mexico they are charged in euros (Europe) or US dollars (the rest of the world), and our payment provider may show and charge you the equivalent in your local currency. The currency is set the first time you activate your plan. If you need a Mexican invoice (CFDI), you request it with your tax details; you are responsible for them being correct.
We may change prices by notifying you by email at least 30 calendar days in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
5.3 Automatic billing
By activating the plan you authorize recurring charges at the start of each monthly period, and prorated charges when you add productions or people, through our payment provider. We do not store your full card numbers. In some countries the charge is made by our authorized reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the seller to you (Merchant of Record) and handles the taxes on that charge; in that case Paddle's buyer terms also apply.
5.4 Non-payment
If a charge fails, we let you know and retry it for 5 calendar days. After that, the production becomes view-only: you can see it, but you can't add or change anything until the payment is settled. Your information is not deleted because of this.
5.5 Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund policy: your first payment is refunded in full if you ask within 14 calendar days, charges made in error or charged twice are always refunded, and later monthly payments are not refunded when you cancel. All of this is without prejudice to the rights given to you by Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law or the law of your country. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid month.
5.6 In-app purchases
If in the future a plan is purchased from the App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal and refunds for that purchase are governed by that store's rules.
6. Cancellation
6.1 By you
You can cancel your plan whenever you want, with no penalty and no minimum term. The effects are those in section 5.5.
6.2 By us
We may suspend or cancel an account or production, with notice when possible, if:
- You seriously breach these Terms.
- You use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or to harm other people.
- You put the security or availability of the Service at risk.
- A competent authority orders it.
7. Intellectual property
TresDos, its name, logo, three-fader symbol, design, code, texts, templates and documentation belong to Gloria Inés Higuera Ley (Figalo) or her licensors, and are protected by Mexico's Federal Copyright Law, the Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property and applicable treaties.
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service while you have an account. You may not copy it, resell it, reverse engineer it, extract information from it in bulk or by automated means, or use it to build a competing product.
8. Your content
Everything you upload or write in TresDos (ideas, outlines, notes, receipts, photos, links, metrics, your production's identity) is yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, process it, back it up and show it to you and to whoever you give access, for the sole purpose of providing you the Service.
We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models, ours or anyone else's.
You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and the consent of the people whose data you record, for example guests on your episodes.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes third-party rights or incites violence or hatred.
- Store passwords, card numbers or other access data in the Service's text fields.
- Try to get into productions or accounts that aren't yours, attack the Service or introduce malicious code.
- Use the AI to generate content that breaks the law or violates other people's rights.
- Share your account with people who should have their own.
10. Artificial intelligence
TresDos offers suggestions generated with artificial intelligence: outlines, titles, arranging topics by date, reading audiences and proposed set layouts from a photo. These suggestions:
- Are a starting point. They may contain errors, inaccuracies or ideas that don't work for you.
- Do not replace your editorial judgment. You decide what gets published and you are responsible for it.
- Are generated with models running on our provider's infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers AI), from what you send at that moment.
Plans may have a number of AI suggestions per month. If they run out, they renew at the start of the next month.
11. Third-party services
TresDos connects with third-party services you choose to use, such as Google (to sign in), Google Drive (for your files), YouTube (to bring in public views and, if you connect your channel, upload the videos you schedule) or your production's RSS feed. Use of those services is governed by their own terms. If you connect your YouTube channel, you also accept the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make.
12. Personal data
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Notice. For the data of people you record in your production (for example guests, external collaborators or contacts), you are the controller and TresDos acts as processor under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties: we handle that data only to provide you the Service, with appropriate security measures, and we do not use it for our own purposes.
13. Availability
We do our best to keep TresDos available all the time, but we do not guarantee it will work without interruptions. We may carry out maintenance, with advance notice when it is scheduled. We are not liable for failures caused by force majeure, acts of God, provider failures, cyberattacks or events beyond our reasonable control.
14. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities, audience or sponsorships.
- We are not liable for decisions you make based on the AI's suggestions or the numbers shown in Audiences.
- We are not liable for loss of information caused by you or by people you gave access to.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid TresDos in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to it.
None of the above limits the rights that Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law, or the consumer law of your country, grants you and that cannot be waived.
15. Indemnification
You agree to hold TresDos harmless from third-party claims arising from your content, from misuse of the Service, or from your breach of these Terms or the law.
16. Your data when you leave
- If you cancel your plan, your information is kept and the production becomes view-only when the paid period ends.
- If you delete your account or a production from the app, deletion is immediate. Download anything you want to keep first.
- Our provider's backups are purged in their normal cycle.
- We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as tax records of payments.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If the change is significant, we let you know by email at least 30 calendar days in advance. If you keep using TresDos after it takes effect, you are understood to accept it; if you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
18. General provisions
- Notices: we write to your account's email; you write to us at hola@tresdos.app. Automatic sign-in emails come from no-reply@tresdos.app and do not receive replies.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in case of a restructuring or sale of the business, letting you know.
- Confidentiality: each party protects the other's non-public information during the relationship and for 5 years afterwards.
- Severability: if a clause is declared invalid, the rest remain in force.
- No waiver: not exercising a right in time does not mean waiving it.
- Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Notice are the entire agreement between you and TresDos about the Service.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, without prejudice to the jurisdiction of Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco) where applicable, or to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
